What Is the Reelworld Ally Award?

The Reelworld Ally Award recognizes leaders whose actions, not just words, advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and access (EDIA) across the screen sector. At a time when EDIA initiatives are under increasing pressure, the Reelworld Foundation is making a clear and powerful statement: showing up matters. Coming together matters. Allyship matters.

It is about the individuals and organizations who have consistently demonstrated through their actions that a more equitable screen industry is both possible and necessary.

At Access Threshold, EDIA is not a checkbox. It is the foundation of everything we do. Our mission to increase access for PoGMI creatives in arts and entertainment is rooted in the same values the Reelworld Ally Award celebrates: equity, inclusion, access, and the courage to show up even when it is not easy.
